A bit about me!

I developed my helping skills, knowledge and experience over 15 years of working in homelessness, addiction, criminal justice and community charities. I thoroughly enjoyed the 1:1 support, the connection with the people I worked with, the potential for change and the incredible difference when it happened. I believe in the importance and power of connection and community alongside the 1:1 space.

I trained in Coaching in 2017 and qualified in Integrative Counselling and Coaching, using the Personal Consultancy model, at the University of East London in 2024. I am a registered member of the BACP. I completed my Masters in Integrative Counselling and Coaching in 2025, completing research exploring how counsellors and coaches work with black and brown people.

I am a listener, facilitator and collaborator. Wherever possible I will support you to navigate the space we're in through offering options and explanation of the process.

I believe in an intersectional approach and am passionate about seeing you in the fullness of your identity, within your community, culture, society and experience of the world.

I am based in London, but work online at the moment

I like to work with holisitcally, with the body, creativity, imagination and invite your ways of thinking, processing and engaging with the world.

Testimonials from coaching clients I have worked with:

“From the start Rashpal has asked what seems to be just the right questions at the right time to get me to think about and acknowledge things that I was unaware were causing me problems.”

Beth Cook, Writer
Everything just seemed really hard to change at that point in my life. Rashpal helped me identify small steps that made a huge impact in my life."
